The real brake isn’t staff — it’s unclear processes, missing skills, inadequate IT infrastructure, or simply too little time.

So if we want to make digitisation succeed, we don’t (only) need to convince staff — we need to create better framework conditions: further training, simplified processes, clear responsibilities, and good technology.
