Plenty of administrative services have long since gone digital. Over 90% of tax returns, for example, are filed online. But other services are barely used. Why? Often enough, because nobody knows what’s possible. The state fails to advertise its digital products. So 64% of respondents in one study say the state needs to inform them better.
