I’m glad we’ve come together as a team, wanting to keep supporting and driving forward digitising government. Because the opportunities are there — they just need to be used. Too often we get lost in German thoroughness and the search for perfect solutions, which, at least in this area, gets in our own way somewhat. That’s how costs rise, time slips away, and effectiveness and efficiency drop. But that doesn’t have to be the case. And that’s exactly what we want to change.
