That’s exactly why it’s so encouraging that, in our conversations, we keep seeing real motivation and #DigitalCompetence among staff in authorities. So how can we manage to use this potential and bring it in quickly? Instead of launching complex and often expensive projects — expensive because they need so much coordination — it’s usually more helpful to start with small projects that quickly deliver a first, tangible success. Projects that create real added value in the everyday work of authorities are especially effective here.
