And yet we could not only be far further along nationwide, but could also already be noticeably speeding up the change processes themselves — meaning we wouldn’t just switch from analogue to digital, but also immediately make use of the new possibilities that opens up.

The craft to do this has been there for a long time; it just needs to actually be used.
